Refund and Return Policy for Emostel Academy

At Emostel Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our online and on-site services.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Online Courses and Tutorials

  • Refunds will only be issued if a request is made within 7 days of purchase, provided that the course or tutorial has not been accessed or started.

  • If the course includes pre-recorded sessions, access to the first module constitutes course commencement and is non-refundable.

1.2 Live Classes and Webinars

  • Refunds for live classes and webinars will be issued if a request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • No refunds will be granted after the live session has begun.

1.3 On-Site Services

  • Refunds for on-site services will be considered if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

  • A cancellation fee of 15% of the total service fee may apply.

1.4 Consulting Services 

  • Consulting services are non-refundable once the consultation session has begun.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us via email at sales@emostelacademy.org with your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.

2.2 Refund Approval

  • Once your refund request is received, we will evaluate it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.

2.3 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 Digital Products

  • Digital products, including downloadable resources and e-books, are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

3.2 Customized Programs

  • Customized training programs or consulting packages are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the products are being made.

3.3 Subscriptions

  • Subscription-based services are non-refundable after the billing period has commenced. Cancellation of subscriptions will take effect in the next billing cycle.

4. Changes to This Policy

Emostel Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
