FAQs
100% legal and safe when done ethically. Every single lab, CTF, and client test is done with explicit written permission. We follow NDPR, NITDA, and international ethical guidelines. You’ll never touch a system without authorization — that’s how our alumni work directly with CBN, Zenith, GTBank, and MTN today.
Not with us. All practical hacking is done on:
- Our own private cloud labs
- Legal platforms (HackTheBox, TryHackMe, PortSwigger Web Academy)
- Client systems only after signed scope & NDA
We drill the rules of engagement into you from week 1.
₦0 cost. Everything is free:
- Kali Linux / Parrot OS (free download)
- Burp Suite Community, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, John the Ripper
- We provide free cloud attack ranges and VPNs for labs
Yes — faster than most tracks. From Month 8–9, active students get real paid penetration tests (₦1M–₦5M per test). For top learners, we bring the first clients (SMEs, schools, fintechs) and handle contracts, so you just deliver.
8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended (for running multiple VMs). If you only have 4GB or phone, we give free cloud labs (TryHackMe VIP access) + qualify you for our free laptop scheme.
Yes — full preparation + exam sponsorship for top performers:
- CompTIA Security+
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- OSCP path (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
- eJPT / PNPT
These are the exact certs Zenith, Access, UBA, and CBN security teams look for.
Different, not harder. If you can follow logic and love solving puzzles, you’ll excel. We’ve had accountants, lawyers, biology graduates, and pastors become top ethical hackers earning ₦3M+ in under 18 months.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. 40% of our last cybersecurity cohort were women. Many now lead security teams in banks or run their own pentesting firms.
They are desperate. In 2025 alone, Nigerian banks reported more than 4,000 cyber incidents. Zenith, GTB, Access, FirstBank, and Stanbic are hiring juniors aggressively. Some started at ₦2.2M–₦4.8M straight out of the program.
Yes. You’ll learn digital forensics, OSINT, malware analysis, and threat intelligence — the same skills used by EFCC Cybercrime Unit and Interpol. Many graduates now consult for anti-fraud agencies.
We cover both equally (Red Team + Blue Team). Month 8–9 is fully defensive: SIEM, incident response, SOC workflows. You can specialize in defence if you prefer.
Lifetime support. Our senior mentors stay in the community group forever. You’ll never be alone on a ₦5M job.
